About Us Western Tile Design Center has been in business since 1940 as a family owned and operated business. My wife, Debbie, and I, David Miller, both work our stores and administrative office. Our daughter, Jaime Zapper, works in the Concord location, while her husband, Jim Zapper, handles our dealer base and works in our Dublin store. Our Dublin store is managed by Russ Reed, who has worked in the industry for about 17 years, and has been with Western Tile since 2000. Andrew Badger, our Concord manger, has been with us since 1995.   I started my career with Western Tile in 1979. My background is sales and marketing. When I first came to Western Tile, I started in the warehouse working my way up to sales and management. In 1987 I transferred from our Santa Rosa location to the Concord store. In 1996 we opened the Dublin location and have maintained a showroom and warehouse in both cities. In 1998 Debbie and I purchased Western Tile Concord and Dublin from Gerald Kowell, and here we are today.   We continue to maintain a full staff of trained personnel and continually attend product knowledge seminars to keep on top of the changes that occur in our industry.       © 2009 Western Tile Design Center, All Right Reserved. | Site Map Designed by:
